The following Terms & Conditions apply to all products purchased from our website. This terms and conditions should be read before you place an order.
- We reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order. We will notify acceptance of your order by e-mail, fax or phone, the acceptance of the order on our part is the binding contract created between us.
- All order are subject to our final confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Availability and Delivery. If we are unable to supply the product(s) ordered, we will inform you of an alternative product(s) or a realistic delivery date. Delivery will take place at the address supplied when your order was placed.
- All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This list cancels all previous lists.
- We will acknowledge your complaint immediately and advise how long we anticipate to resolve it. If we deliver any damaged or incorrect products should contact us within 8 working days of delivery.
- All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if request) must be lodged at the time of delivery, otherwise any breakages or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
- We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Delivery to other countries is also available for most of our products. We also accept international orders from these countries.

- All wines offered are top shoulder or better, unless otherwise stated. Although we strive to find wines in their best condition, the Customer must make appropriate allowances for natural variations, conditions of cases, labels and corks for old wines. We do not accept return wines for any reason, including corked wines.
- In the event of non-payment of an invoice within the specified terms stated above, reserves the right to charge an interest of 10% per month of the overdue amount until payment. If the Company shall have to consult solicitors or other agents to recover overdue sums, the Customer will indemnify the Company in relation to reasonable fees payable to such solicitors and or agents.
- THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! - Please note, if the product(s) you are returning is scratched, used, damaged in any or doesn't have all of packaging, we will not be able to accept the product(s) and we will refusal.
If we instruct return the faulty product(s). All faulty items will be examined to establish the cause of the fault, if the product(s) is found not be faulty it will be return to the customer, the return shipping costs will not be paid and the shipping costs of returning item to the customer will be charged.
